THE MONIKER ‘ONEPLUS PAD’ IS EXPECTED TO LAUNCH ONEPLUS’ FIRST TABLET.
OnePlus is well known for its smartphones, but it has lately expanded into the wearable market with the OnePlus Watch (Review) and OnePlus Band (Review). The business may launch its first tablet, the OnePlus Pad, based on approval on the EUIPO website (European Union Intellectual Property Office). OnePlus currently owns the rights to the moniker “OnePlus Pad,” according to the website. The application was submitted in January of this year. My Smart Price was the first to notice this certification.
Other specifications, like battery, camera, display, or design, are not revealed on the certification page. Oppo, one of OnePlus’s sibling companies under BBK electronics, is said to be launching a tablet. Realme has also announced that it would release its own tablet and laptop in the near future.
To “enhance the OxygenOS experience,” OnePlus has announced that it would integrate its OxygenOS with Oppo’s ColorOS for its devices, including the OnePlus Nord series, the OnePlus 9 series, and others. OnePlus has also assured that its devices would receive Android upgrades for at least three years. As a result, it’s conceivable that the rumored tablet will operate on the new combined operating system.
