Imran Khan, a former prime minister who was recently detained in connection with a corruption investigation, is not allowed to leave the nation. More than 600 PTI leaders and former Assembly members, including his wife Bushra Bibi, have also been placed on the "no-fly" list. Imran Khan and important members of his party have been involved in legal disputes since the country descended into unrest following the former prime minister's arrest on May 9.

The review is undoubtedly in progress, but a decision has not yet been made, according to Pakistan's defence minister Khawaja Asif.

A local media outlet cited FIA sources when it said that several PTI members, including the organization's leader, had been implicated in the nationwide violence that occurred on May 9.

Some of the names on the list are Murad Saeed, Maleeka Bokhari, Fawad Chaudhry, Hammad Azhar, Qasim Suri, Asad Qaiser, Yasmin Rashid, and Mian Aslam Iqbal. Fawad Chaudhry just left the party, but now that his name has been added to the list, he is also unable to leave the country.

Their names have reportedly been included on the FIA's Provincial National Identity List (PNIL) so that they can't travel overseas. Also, according to reports, several leaders attempted to leave Pakistan but were turned away at the airports.
